Sacred Finds: My Current Favorite Spiritual Products

As I move more intentionally through my spiritual practice, I find myself reaching for tools, rituals, and stories that bring me closer to myself, to Spirit, and to the people I love. Some of these are tangible objects I use every day, others are gifts—either from dear friends or from the ancestors. Here’s what’s spiritually grounding, soothing, and inspiring me right now.

Smokey Quartz Crystal
1. Smokey Quartz Crystal (A Dream Companion)

For a while, I’d been experiencing recurring dreams—vivid, intense, and just plain exhausting. Then I remembered my friend Kat, who astral travels and sleeps with a smokey quartz under her pillow. I decided to try it for myself.

Ever since I tucked that stone under my pillow, my dreams have softened. The nights feel more peaceful, and I wake up less heavy.

(My husband, however, is still adjusting—he goes to make up the bed and keeps asking why there are rocks in it!)

I got mine from my good friend Jonathan at King Murphy’s Stones. I always recommend sourcing your crystals from someone you trust—and don’t forget to cleanse them regularly (stay tuned for a post on that soon, courtesy of Kathryn!).

What smokey quartz does: This stone is known for its grounding and protective properties. It helps absorb negative energy, quiet the mind, and support emotional balance. Perfect for dreamers, empaths, or anyone feeling energetically overloaded.

Moon Milk Dust by The Tea Huntress
2. Moon Milk Dust by The Tea Huntress (Calm in a Cup)

I’m currently winding down most evenings with Moon Milk Dust, a soul-soothing, herbal blend from Sarah, the magic-maker behind The Tea Huntress—and one of our upcoming podcast guests!

This beautiful blend includes calming herbs and adaptogens like ashwagandha, reishi, cinnamon, rose, and nutmeg. It’s cozy, caffeine-free, and deeply grounding. I get the sweetened version because, let’s be real—I’m adding honey to everything anyway.

Sarah is so gifted at formulating teas that nourish both body and spirit. Every sip feels like a ritual.

Burning Palo Santo
3. Burning Palo Santo (Energetic Clarity in a Stick)

I’ve loved the scent of palo santo for years in candles and diffusers—but lately, I’ve been burning the actual wood. The ritual of lighting it, letting the smoke rise, and feeling the shift in energy has been incredibly grounding.

I burn it when I need to reset a space, clear my mind, or call my heart back to center. It’s the easiest way I know to cleanse a room and return to the moment.

What palo santo does: Also known as “holy wood,” palo santo has been used for centuries for spiritual purification. It’s believed to cleanse negative energy, promote healing, and raise vibration. I source mine from Luna Sundara, a company committed to sustainable, ethical harvesting.

Astrology Reading with Karen Marsh
4. Astrological Readings with Karen Marsh (Soul Wisdom from the Stars)

If you're looking for a spiritual gift that’s as meaningful as it is magical, I can't recommend Karen Marsh’s astrology readings enough. She lives across the pond, but her insights are right on time.

Karen’s reading of my birth chart felt like an unveiling—of truths I’ve always known but never had words for. It wasn’t just about personality traits or life patterns. It gave me a lens through which to understand the themes and opportunities of the year ahead.

Astrology has ancient roots—including in the early Catholic Church, where it was once used by priests to interpret divine timing. Today, it remains a powerful tool for self-discovery and spiritual alignment.

You can find Karen’s offerings on her website (link to come!), and I’ll be sharing a photo of my chart soon. Her readings are my go-to birthday gift for friends and family.

My Grandmother’s Bible
5. My Grandmother’s Bible (A Legacy of Love and Spirit)

This last one isn’t something you can buy—but it’s perhaps the most spiritually powerful thing I own: my grandmother’s Bible.

She was a Pentecostal pastor—fierce, tender, Spirit-led. Her Bible is worn, the spine is broken, and tucked between the pages are bookmarks, notes, hankies, stickers… little sacred remnants of a life fully lived in faith and love.

She welcomed everyone, especially those the world cast aside. Her door and heart were always open. She spoke in tongues. She channeled Spirit. She was not just religious—she was spiritual in the most embodied, unapologetic way.

Now, when I open her Bible, I don’t just read scripture—I feel her presence. I feel her guidance. I feel her with me in this podcast, in my quiet moments, and in every spiritual “yes” I say.

She taught me that spirituality isn’t about how you express it. It’s about just showing up. And that’s what I try to do—every day.

Final Thoughts

Spirituality lives in the little things: a stone under your pillow, a calming tea, the scent of sacred wood, the wisdom of the stars, the pages of a worn Bible passed down through generations. These are the things helping me stay grounded, inspired, and connected to something greater than myself.

What’s on your altar right now—physical or metaphorical?

I’d love to know what spiritual tools, gifts, or practices are bringing you peace and power these days. ✨
